Our new academic session, beginning in the first week of April, immediately following the announcement of results from the preceding year.

Registration

The school brochure and registration form are available from November for admissions to Nursery, admission is granted only to a limited number of candidates strictly based on merit. For final selection from Class 1 onwards, an entrance test and interview are conducted. The school reserves the right to refuse admission in accordance with its admission policy.

Please note: If admission is cancelled, no refund of the fee will be provided.

Procedure for registration

The completed registration form must be submitted at the school office by the specified due date. Registration details are as follows:

For Pre-School and Pre-Primary Classes:

• Admission to Pre-School requires the child to be at least 3 years old, and admission to Pre-Primary requires the child to be at least 4 years old as of March 31st of the admission year.

• Please Note: No requests for name changes will be entertained after admission.

For Primary, Middle, Secondary classes

• Registration for all classes whenever opens it will be notified on school’s website. Registration details, including seat availability for each grade level, are posted on the school’s official website.

• Admission is based on an entrance test and interview.

Transport facility:

• School bus is available only on few existing routes. Please confirm availability with the transport in-charge before registration.

• Transportation charges are additional and based on distance.

• Requests for new stops will not be considered.

TRANSPORT GUIDELINES

1. SCHOOL TRANSPORT

1. Though the school will take all necessary precautions to ensure the student’s safety during transportation, it will not be held responsible for any accidents or mishaps that may occur.

2. School will provide Transport facilities only on few routes. No new route will be created on the demand of the parents. So kindly check route list available in the school reception.

3. Students must reach their designated bus stops on time. The school bus will not wait for any reason.

4. If a student misses the bus, either in the morning or afternoon, parents will be responsible for dropping off or picking up the student themselves.

5. Students will be enrolled for the transport facility only at the beginning of the session.

6. The school will charge transport fees for 11 months, starting from the beginning of the session. Transport charges will be applicable whether or not the student attends school, if they are enrolled in the school transport system.

7. A one-month notice is mandatory for withdrawing from the school transport service. Transport facilities cannot be provided or withdrawn mid-session. Once transport withdrawn, seat will be provided to next student.

B. OWN VEHICLE

1. The school is not responsible for the safety of students outside the school who come to school on their own vehicle or by a hired rickshaw / auto- rickshaw.
2. Those who are coming by their bi-cycle will have to pay cycle stand fee @Rs.100/- per month. Students make sure that their cycle should be properly locked while leaving in the cycle stand parking.

                      **If above transport policy does not suit you, please feel free to select your own mode of transport.

Requirements for Admission

Attach the following documents with duly filled Registration form:

• Original birth certificate obtained from any authorized body

• Address proof, along with the attested photocopy

• Transfer Certificate (if applicable)

• Previous session’s report card

• ST/SC/OBC certificated if applicable (in the name of child) issued by any authorized body.

• Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
